More Than a Meal

Meals on Wheels South Texas is rooted in nourishing seniors, but our mission goes far beyond meals. Seniors are more than bellies that need filling, they are neighbors, friends, and valued members of our community. To address the growing challenge of loneliness and social isolation among older adults, we offer programs that foster meaningful connection, engagement, and support both in the home and through our Connection Club, where seniors come together to socialize, participate in activities, and build community.
