In-Kind & Pet Program Donations
Many of our needs are material in nature. We’re a small nonprofit constantly growing, and equipment and supplies create one of our greatest bottlenecks for continued growth. Donate a Car (or boat, or truck, or plane...)
Donated cars and other vehicles have the potential to bring hundreds and sometimes even thousands of dollars to help Meals on Wheels South Texas provide food and human contact programs for seniors in our community. Donating a vehicle is one of the easiest ways to help keep our services going, and we can accept anything from cars and trucks to boats, RVs, motorcycles, and more. Your vehicle doesn't even need to be functional!
Here’s How to Give: Call 844-411-5768 or go to careasy.org/nonprofit/meals-on-wheels-victoria and complete the online vehicle donation form. Make sure to select MOWSTx as the organization benefited by your donation by specifying our state (Texas) and organization (Meals on Wheels South Texas). Once your donation is submitted, our Vehicle Donation Support Team will arrange to have a licensed tow company pick up your vehicle for free at a time convenient for you. You may even qualify for a tax deduction!
Corporate Giving
There are many ways your team can get involved and make a difference in our community through a partnership with MOW South Texas. Our corporate partners volunteer, raise funds, sponsor our projects and services, contribute in-kind donations, and more. Connect with us at development@mowstx.org.
Planned & Legacy Giving
Extend your impact in the lives of Victoria-area seniors.
Your generosity can leave a lasting impression on our community and the quality of life senior citizens experience as they age in the Crossroads. One of the easiest and most distinct ways of doing so is by arranging a Planned or Legacy gift.
Options for Planned Giving include charitable gift annuities, trusts, endowments, and advised funds. Planned Giving offers numerous tax benefits and other advantages, one of which being that you’ll be able to see your contributions in action year by year.
Legacy Giving can be arranged through one simple sentence in your will or living trust. You can also give through a Beneficiary Designation, appointing Meals on Wheels South Texas as charitable beneficiary on an IRA or other retirement plan, life insurance policy, or commercial annuity.
